  • This training is required for nonsupervisory employees by the state of CA for employers with five or more employees to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination and abusive conduct in the workplace.

  • Me and the DFEH (Department of Fair Employment and Housing aka the governing body that regulates the state law on this) have made it as entertaining (and even a little salacious...thanks DFEH) as possible.

  • We've included lots of fun videos, quizzes, and exercises to help keep you engaged so that the state required hour passes by in no time.

  • Full access to our instructor throughout the course for any questions you may have.

  • You get an informational pamphlet to download and keep, plus a Certificate of Completion emailed directly to you upon finishing.
