Non-Supervisory Sexual Harassment And Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

The following training is required for nonsupervisory employees by the state of CA for employers with five or more employees to prevent sexual harassment, discrimination and abusive conduct in the workplace. I know you're so excited about this right?! I know you're groaning about the hour ahead but me and the DFEH (governing body that regulates the state law on this) have made it as entertaining (and even a little salacious...thanks DFEH) as possible. What's most important for you and this training is that you know your rights...to have a workplace free of harassment and/or discrimination, that you know how to identify it and that you are kept safe and protected under the law in the event it happens to you, your coworkers or your loved ones. Please note this training is for nonsupervisors ONLY. Supervisors require a different two-hour training (lucky them).
